The Black Legion was a mature flag, that was founded by Berith. However, it quickly lost crews and flag members after he left his crew, Devil's Brigade. We have no monarch, and our only crew has no captain. The captains and monarchs did not have the spare time to devote to being captains and monarchs. As of May 21st, 2008, all the members of this flag are dormant.
