Yes, but there were still some points that were unclear to me about who can propose mergers and who can vote on them. I went ahead and edited the article based on what I assumed were the answers to my questions; please check what I wrote and correct it if necessary.

If two crews were to merge, would the "disbanded" crew's Senior officers still remain senior officers in their new crew?
