- If any Pyrate shall steal any Thing in the Crew, or Game, to the Value of a Piece of Eight, or keep any Secret from the Crew, or beg from fellow Crew-mates, then they shall be marroon'd (expelled)!
- That Pyrate that shall play Parlor Games whilst on a pillage, or speak dis-respectfully to a fellow Crew-mate, or leave ship in battle without good cause, shall suffer the same Punishment as in the former Article.
- That Pyrate that shall Laze About, or fail to ask Permission To Board, shall receive minus 1 Share, and suffer such other Punishment as the Commanding Officer shall think fit.
