Biography

After spending 2 years developing friendships with the crew of Stark Raving Mad, Shaktii has broadened her horizons and now hides in the deep dark depths of the infamous Freakshow.

Although she hasn't yet mastered Freak's fashion faux pas, she has been developing a collection that will rival the opening spoof of Moulin Rouge.
