Serial Pillagers was founded by Quintalis in early 2005. They are the primary crew in the flag The Art of War.
Public Statement
The idea was born with a stash of gold, amid spilled cups in a back room. It started with one captain, and the finest officers on the Cobalt Ocean.
It is now a crew that grows in dedication as it grows in numbers. You will recognize us by our fleets and fine orange clothing, and you will learn by our victories and losses, iffen there be any losses.
Our prosperity is a result of hard work and a bit of luck with the sword and cannon. Iffen ye wish to join with us in our voyages across the Ocean, ye only need to demonstrate yer good intentions, and we will be glad to add you to our ranks.
Jobbers? We are the Serial Pillagers, and we are glad to have you aboard to help. Please work a duty station and respect yer officers and fellow pirates. Pirates who leave during battle will be docked pay. Anyone who has to leave during the pillage should tell the captain that they are leaving, and all poe earned during the voyage will be divvied in the next port. DO NOT leave during battle, ask repeatedly to port or be paid, or spam the chat screen.
Promotion Requirements
To be a pirate, ye need to be a subscriber. We are a talented crew, and ye must be skilled in one duty puzzle, or a strong desire to improve by jobbing on our ships.
Iffen ye are interested in becoming an officer, ye need to demonstrate yer good intentions again. Experienced officers will be promoted when they can be trusted, and must have at least a Grand-Master rating in one piracy skill and a master in Bnavving. Ye also must go through Officer training, must own a ship or have poe to buy one. Train with the navy to get your bnavving up and ye will be a master on sloops.
