Exntended Public Statement
Ahoy there! This is the Captain, Sam, talking......
To make us prosper, we need to be there when others fall. So, you can alway ask me,the Captain, for help if you need it. ( I might not know what to do, but I can tell you what I think or tell you someone that can help you)
I will help people that are new/green but don't ask me when I'm takeing a ship out. Ask the O,FO, and SO that are on the ship. If you are in the crew and asking for money, people might help you get it but don't harass them. Just because they did once dose not mean they will again.
People are human and make mistakes, even me( the captain). People have off days and sometimes are sleepy or are not thinking. ^_^
Crew Guidelines & Rules
Follow these "Guidelines" and you will sucseed in this crew!
1. The #1 is NEVER EVER make Samsmith mad.
2. DO NOT ask to gun if you are not a pirate in the crew.
3. DO NOT swordfight, Rumble, or do any other activities on deck before, during, or after a pillage. Please don't talk in battiles. We will lose if you do
4. Officers are NOT allowed to pillage alone. They must have a FO, SO, or me with them during pillages.
5. When ordered to a station go on a pillage trip, don't get mad. Poeple don't know you suck there, so tell them on Vessel chat, but try the station if you can't be moved right away.
Promotion Requirements
First off, I'd like to tell you the skill and exp. levels. It goes Expierience/Skill.
Exprience: Novice, Neophyte, Apprentice, Narrow, Broad, Solid, Weighty, Expert, Paragon, Illustrious, Sublime
Skill: Able, Distinguished, Respected, Master, Renowned, Grand-Master, Legendary, Ultimate
- Cabin Person: Just ask! We would be more than happy to have to with us!
- Pirate: Must have Narrow in Bilge, Carp, and Sails. Must also have Respected Skill level in bilge sails and carp.
- Officer: Must have requirements for Pirate and have Distinguished Bnav and Narrow Gunning. Must also have at least 1 Master.
- Fleet Officer: Must have at least Distinguished Nav and Respected Bnav. Must also have Master in Bilge, Carp, and Sails. Must also have trust.
- Senior Officer: Must have ALL stats for other ranks and be fully trusted by Samsmith. SO are also voted in to be a SO by the other SO's and Sam. If you don't have the votes you can't be one.
