Scarlet Star is a crew of the Midnight Ocean. It was founded on 12 October 2005. The crew was created by Pogo, under the original rule of Dark Judgement.

Crew History
In 2005, Scarlet Star was formed from the crew Daring Death under the leadership of Pogo. Once fame was reached within the crew, Scarlet Star was invited to join the flag Dark Judgement. Within Dark Judgement, Scarlet Star became one of the many crews to help with the construction of Lagniappe Island on the Midnight Ocean. Scarlet Star was the owner of the first furnisher constructed on Lagniappe.
In 2007, Scarlet Star along with other crews of Dark Judgment merged with Crimson Tide. On January 29th, the crew Seductive Succubi merged into Scarlet Star to remain close to past Dark Judgement flagmates. After a while, Scarlet Star felt there place was somewhere else and decided to move to the Nub Sauce which eventually changed names to Declaration of War.
In 2008, most members of Scarlet Star started going dormant by either leaving the game or going to another ocean. Most of the founding crew members can still be found sailing the sea. Most can also be found on the YPP Forums on a daily basis. Some of the crew members have attended real life meet-ups in order to get to know their mates better. These pirates include Shortyjack, Pogo, Annaleese, Gothmog, and Scx.
