Ruby Ring is a flag on the Midnight Ocean that was founded in the year 2005 on January 27.
History
Ruby Ring is a flag of convenience, flown by the military crews of the island-holding flags in the Ruby Archipelago. Spurred by the creation of Notorious Fandango, it was formed after the signing of a mutual defense agreement between Silver Dawn, Carpe Noctem, the Looterati and the Trans-Atlantic Empire. These four flags disliked Fandango's original method for selecting which island they would attack, and promised to come to each other's aid in the event of Fandango aggression in Ruby. With the change in Fandango's methods, Ruby Ring is largely obsolete.
