Raptus Regaliter was a flag on the Midnight Ocean. It previously controlled Delta Island in the Coral Archipelago, under the governor and monarch, Chewbacca. It was founded on September 25th, 2004.

History
Raptus took Delta Island in a close 4-round blockade on June 4th, 2005, defeating Dead Parrots Society. Raptus won the first round, lost the second, and won rounds three and four. A month later, on July 2nd, the Dead Parrots Society attempted to take the island, and was rebuffed in a 3-round blockade in which Raptus Regaliter won all three rounds. Raptus merged with Don't Panic shortly before Don't Panic attacked Delta and won the island.
Members
Raptus Regaliter used to be home to many crews. It at one time had 277 active members.
Though Winter Solstice was controlled by Midnight Armada, the governor for most of that period was a Raptus member, Puffnstuff of Atha'an Miere.
It is the flag of three Shanty Raid-io jockeys, Salmon, Kittyn and Thespian.
