Pachacutec's Parachutes is a weavery shoppe on Jubilee Island on the Viridian Ocean. It is named for Pachacuti Inca Yupanqui, who was also known as Pachacutec. He was the the ninth Sapa Inca (a title for the ruler meaning "The Only Inca") of the Kingdom of Cuzco, the precursor to the great Inca Empire. He began an era of conquest that, within three generations, expanded the Inca dominion from the valley of Cuzco to nearly the whole of civilized South America.
