Outcasts is a flag on the Sage Ocean which was created on March 25, 2006.
Extended Public Statement
Outcasts - One of Sage's older blockading flags. We have blockaded several islands and some of the best navving seen on sage has been in Outcasts. Many current monarchs and royals had their first nav spots in Outcasts. Outcasts founded the original League of Light - Fearless Privateers web (QT was in too) and held Admiral for one of the most publicized campaigns Sage has ever seen. We will be blockading soon, stay tuned.
