Ocean Heroes is a crew that sails the Sage Ocean under the flag League of Light.

Extended Public Statement
We believe in a crew that is team-focused rather then individually-focused. We believe that what made this game so great was through teamwork on pillages, and in order to make the game great again that pillages should be once again valued, over carousing and sea monster hunts. We believe in training pirates to becomes great leaders. This is done through pillaging and growing as individuals with support and training from the team. All officers are required to make at least one pillage per week. Help will be provided to all.
Cabin Person: ask
Pirate: 2 broads in either Sails, Carpentry, Bilging, or Gunning
Officer: Narrow Battle Navigation with Master or above in 2 of Bilge, Sails, Capentry, or Gunning and completion of officer training test.
Fleet Officer: Master or above Battle Navigation with 2 of Sails, Bilge, Capentry, or Gunning at renowned, and completion of fleet officer training test.
Senior Officer: At Captain's discretion for pirates who show strong leadership skills and a strong commitment to the crew.
Expectations:
1.) Respect others
2.) Respect yourself
3.) Respect the crew
Rules:
1.) Be willing to try every station
2.) Crew pillages come first before everything
3.) Encourage and help other people in crew
There is no such thing as an "elite" pillage in this crew, all crew members are welcomed to come on all pillages
4.) All "borrowed" boats must be restocked to amount that was in the hold prior to the start of the pillage
5.) All officers are expected to pillage once a week, Any officer persistently not doing their share may be demoted
6.) 10% of what is left after restocking the boat should be donated to the crew on the closed hagfish. This will be used to fund games, raffles, and parties among other things. To donate this 10% go to the admiral docks and just deposit it into the hold on the Hospitable Alewife
The captain reserves the right to remove or demote anyone in the crew for not following the rules.
At the end of each month there will be raffle of various TBD items for crew members who have completed their weekly pillage for the entire month. Names will be drawn out of a hat. For every pillage you run you get one more entry into the hat. In order for it to count as 1 pillage it must consist of at least 3 battles.
Anyone who runs 10 pillages of at least 3 battles in a week will receive a TBD bonus prize.
All rules and procedures are subject to change upon review.
