Locki is a fleet officer of the crew Fools and a member of the flag RiddleMakers. He sails the Viridian Ocean.

His friend Allec made up the nickname of Loco. Every time Locki logged on, she would shout LOCO and he would laugh. So he gathered that would always happen and thought he'd use that nickname. He thought and thought and thought but he never thought of a better one so he gave up and then he had the perfect name.
