It was placed by Guppygurl, governor of Fintan, for Hellsop on November 4, 2009 as a prize of her forum-run event, Merchant of Fintan: Win a shoppe! [1]. The shop, which is named after the Irish drinking song "Lanigan's Ball," was completed on November 7, 2009.
