Promotion Requirements
- Pirate: Just ask, it would be good if you had the badge, but you dont need it.
- Officer: Broad in sailing, bilging, carpentry, gunning. (some execptions though, same with every other rank)
- Fleet Officer: Same as Officer but must be trustworthy
- Senior Officer: Broad in Navigating and Battle Navigating. Atleast one Weighty in Sailing Carpentry or Bilging.
