Hapal

Hapal is a senior officer and quartermaster of the crew Aurora's Revenge and a member of the flag West-East Campaign on the Emerald Ocean. Prior to the ocean merge, he could be found on the Hunter Ocean.
He is one of the founders of the Aurora's Revenge, the other being Breafighter.
