Hally is a fleet officer of Highland Cavalry on the Cobalt Ocean. He has been in many crews but only 4 for a period of 2 weeks or so. These crews are:

• The Rubbing Tigers (Disbanded)
• Truth and Justice
• Exotic Delights (now Play Things)
• Americas Homestand(merged with the Black Pearl crew)
• The Emerald Panthers(Disbanded)

He has also been a lord and/or prince of many flags.

On Feburary 24th 2007 Hally was wed to Cdoggz.
