Galactic Citadel, a palace (but first a fort), was the first building to be constructed on Cochineal Island, and placed on November 19, 2005, and finished construction on November 23. The fort was placed on top of a ruined shack that was on the unihabited island, and is located just northwest of the two small lakes of Cochineal.
