Ahoy! Welcome to Fade to Black. We are a fun crew and always looking for mates to join us. Crew Ranks
- Officer: Having the rank of Officer allows you to run a pillage, this means a greater source of income but also a large responsibility. Everyone is welcome as an Officer. To join ask an officer who is online. When pillaging recruits will be taken at the end of the pillage once we reach port.
- Fleet officer: The rank of Fleet Officer is a large step for crew member. In order for you to receive this rank you need to have at least broad experience in Sailing, Carpentry, Bilge and Gunning. A minimum of Master Bnav is also required. Once a crew member has the requirements they are also needed to pass a FO test. If you want to undergo the test speak with the Captain or a Senior Officer. Also you need to have been in the crew 2 weeks before you should even try asking.
- Senior officer: The Senior Officers of the crew are the representatives of the Captain when she is not online. This rank is very rarely given out as it is a huge honour. The rank is given to those who have been in the crew for a long time and have been extremely loyal. Please don't ask for this as you will be put back to the bottom of the waiting list
Do not let crew requirements deter you from joining the crew. Crew booty shares are always even so you won't be missing out on making PoE while you are working towards advancement. - XO: eXecutive Officer
- Teaming: In battle, click the other players box and team in 2 and 3s in sword fighting. For rumbling team in 3s and 4s.
- Solo: In battle, never fight alone... always team.
- stalling: In battle, when there is 3 or more dots on you, don't press space bar. This is stalling.
