Promotion Requirements
- Cabin Person: It happens when hired.
- Pirate: You need two piracy skills to be master above. You MUST have permission to gun on pilly's. YOU WILL BE PLANKED WITHOUT PERMISSION.
- Midshipman: This is just a title that means you are now in Officer training.
- Officer: Needs master bnav some exceptions. Any Officer taking out a ship without master bnav will be demoted. Officers are only allowed to take out sloops and cutters.
- Fleet Officer: Number one reason to be a F/O is to lead pillages . To become F/O your bnav must be Grand Master, and go through our brig training. Brig training will be one of my SO's.
- Senior Officer: These Will be voted by myself and my Senior Officers.
