All cabin person and pirates must respect officers!

Equally important all officers must respect cabin crew and pirates!

Promotion has nothing to do with stats.

More important is how well you get on with crew.

i will give officer to anyone who owns a ship.

If you don't own a ship i will decide to promote when i think the time is right.

Anyone who shows dedication to crew and supports crew pillys will soon be promoted.

Please dont repeatedly ask for promotion as it will not help your cause.

if you tell me how good you are you are probably a long way from promotion, please read 1st line again :)
