History
DOMINANT STORM was formed on December 17, 2007, with the crew Dominators of Sage leaving the flag Raving Notion after a failed blockade of Bowditch Island.
DOMINANT STORM is supporting blockades for our allies while we increase the number of ships and sailors in our flag, we've also started our own Webring.
