Public Statement
Welcome to Crush 'N' Crumble!!! We are a new crew but we are a strong crew we accept all pirates but we prefer not to have Alts in our crew. When you enter our crew you will be assigened a rank the ranks are given out by Me or A SO. Ranks: Cabin Person: A cabin person in this crew is a bad place to be. If you are cabain person you have done something wrong like you Have Either forgot to restock or you Stole you will not be a cabin person for all your life. You will only be in that position for a few days maybe even a week.
Pirate: A pirate is any new person that does not have high enough ranks to be an officer to be a pirate all you need to do is ask a officer or above.
Officer: To be a officer you must ask a fleet officer or above. Also you must have A broad in Carpentry, Sailing, Bilging and Battle Nav. You must also have two distinguished in any piracy skills.
Fleet Officer: To be a Fleet Officer you must have trust from the Senior Officers and me. Must have Solids in Carpentry, Bilging and Sailing and have broads in Nav and battle Nav. You must also have three Distinguished in any of the piracy Skills.
Senior officer: These are chosen by me and only me. I do not pick Senior officers on rank i choose them on trust. I will not automaticly make you a Senior Officer if you have great Stats.
I dont always stick to the rules so if you pilly alot show me that you can handle the work i will gladly promote you and having a ship always helps.
