Christianity was a flag on the Viridian ocean. It was re-founded on December 19th, 2006 but has since gone dormant.
Public Statement
Succumb to me, mortal.
The world has achieved brilliance without wisdom, power without conscience. Ours is a world of nuclear giants and ethical infants. We know more about war that we know about peace, more about killing that we know about living.
Version One
Christianity was originally founded on July 31st, 2006 by Twiggy under the crew Sunday Mass Sinkage. This happened after the monarch had a falling out with his former flag, -'Star Explorers'-
- Declared war on 107 flags on August 1st, 2006.
- Five wars were reciprocated on the first day.
Although the flag only lasted eight days, the damage was plentiful. Of the six flags that reciprocated, Your Favorite Weapon lost one ship, The Shadows lost three ships, Swordslinger Society lost two ships, and Latin Revolution lost fourteen ships including two war brigs and a grand frigate. It then disbanded on August 7th, 2006.
Version Two
On December 19th, 2006, Christianity was re-created with the same intentions; though this time as an alt flag. It was lead by Gott, an alt of Twiggy. The word 'Gott' itself translates from German as God.
- Declared war on 39 flags on December 19th, 2006.
- Five wars were reciprocated on the first day.
With more assistance from hearties and interested pirates this time around, the sink count rose fast with Black Skull Kings and Ministry of Revolution taking swift hits. The crew The Black Peril formerly of the flag Black Skull Kings then disbanded, admittedly due to significant losses in the war with Christianity thus sacrificing their #19 spot on the crew fame rankings. The next day, the flag SLOOP REBELION also disbanded.
