Buckingham is an upgraded palace on Pukru Island.

The original fort was finished building in early August, 2006 under The Eye. Formerly known as, Pukru in The Eye, the palace finished as an upgraded palace in late September, 2006. Pukru in The Eye was the first player-owned building on the Hunter Ocean.
