Braddpower was a senior officer from the crew Dragon's Clan and was a prince of the flag Paradise. He had sailed the Viridian Ocean and had his own news broadcast program called News Flash 24 which was where he used /fbroadcast to say things and give flag announcements.

This pirate has been deleted, although there is a replacement named Fearmongerr.
