Blue Reapers was founded on June 28th, 2008 by two cousins, Dozerdog and Littlejth. However this family crew didn't last when Littlejth left to found his own crew, Pirates From Hell. Blue Reapers, obtained enough fame to join a flag, Wings of Gold, but shortly left it a week or so later. After this the two cousins sat down and talked and decided to merge and finally settle on one crew. They currently are under the flag they created, the Republican Party (of the Cobalt Ocean).
Crew Promotions
As with many crews, Blue Reapers has a few parameters which decide when a member is to be promoted.
For a crew member to become a pirate, they must first Subscribe as is required by the game. Any rank beyond pirate requires special discussion and investigation by the senior officers and captain, because every situation is different. The most predictable of promotions is to officer should a crew member own their own ship.
Crew Rules
As with many crews, Blue Reapers has a few guidelines to conduct within the crew which apply to everyone, including jobbers.
The first of the guidelines says that language must be kept decent, and that outbursts of foul language will not be tolerated. Second, the crew requires that no member of the crew leave during a battle unless under a few emergency circumstances, they request that everyone try to think ahead as best they can. The last regulation, labeled as important, is that every member try to keep the mood fun while having fun themselves.
