Hello everybody and welcome to BloodSoakedHeartagram! If you would like to join our joyful crew, ask an FO or above.

Ranks:
Pirate- Automatic.
Officer -Three broads (preferably in carp, sails and bilge).
Fleet Officer - Broad in six skills (including Gunnery, Navigation and Battle Navigation)
Senior Officer - Broad in six skills ( including Gunnery, Navigation and Battle Navigation), helping crew pillages, captain's trust and preferably a ship.
We are a lovely crew and respects everyone. We hope you will join us and be a part of a great flag and crew. If anyone pillages with an unlocked ship these are the rules:

1) Always read the officer bulletin before you use an unlocked ship.
2) No abandoning vessels at sea or in battle.
3) Make sure that the vessel is stocked before you set sail.
4) Restock the vessel after use.
5) No stealing.
If you do not restock the vessels that are unlocked after each use, I will lock them all so nobody can use them. If you do not restock unlocked ships, I will find out who you are and demote you.

If you do not respect my crew and me as the captain, you will be demoted to cabin person until I see fit, then will be promoted to pirate until I gain your trust again. Always read the bulletin on all unlocked ships before you consider setting sail. You will be ranked higher if you help on pillages and respect all members of the crew including me ,the captain, and also if you work on your stats.
I would like this crew to be doing two or more pillages daily, if possible. I would like all of you to do more pillages.
