Promotion Requirements
- Cabin Person: new to the crew and will be promoted once narrow in gunning and sailing, bilging, carpentry.
- Pirate: Has been promoted and has spent more than 2 days in the crew.
- Officer: Is now a trusted member and knows how to control a ship. (Battle Navigation and Duty Navigation)
- Fleet Officer: You now have a ship and are experienced at Battle Navigation and Duty Navigation and a trusted member of crew.
- Senior Officer: You have got a ship and are good at Battle Navigation and Duty Navigation and also are good friends with captin.
