i made this simply by using a tool in photoshop which can smudge different colours together to make the look real , then i made the small platform at the bottom into a cartoon by using flash and editedit a bit in photoshop , then pasted it onto my other picture of the sea(if you zoom in alot u can see the different pixels, you can also see where they have been smudged becuz they all look the same)
