Questions for the candidate
A few generic questions to provide guidance for voters:
- 1. What sysop chores, if any, would you anticipate helping with? (Please read the page about administrators and the administrators' reading list.)
- A. Well, right now I am working steadily through uploading a bunch of images to the YPPedia to fill out our {{My trinkets}} (Usage) template. My goal is to keep collecting those until all of them are done. In addition, I usually have a knack for spotting template mistakes, spelling and grammar mistakes, or incorrect information fairly well in a large article and would work to make sure those are fixed as fast as possible. And the ability to have an easy rollback, especially when I am experimenting with some of the more complex templates, will certainly come in handy.
- 2. Of your articles or contributions to YPPedia, are there any about which you are particularly pleased, and why?
- A. Now this is a tough one. Probably the article that I put the most work into researching and writing was the one on Notorious Fandango shortly after they disbanded. I spent about a month to a month and a half interviewing the members of it to make sure that the article was as complete as possible. Also, I'm pretty proud on the three tutorials I have written for the YPPedia; Gem running, merchanting, and duty navigation tutorial; for their completeness and example that I can insert images into articles without breaking things.
