Vlisc is a senior officer of the crew Twilight Delight on the Cobalt Ocean.

Vlisc started out as a cabin person in the crew Surrender The Booty. He quickly rose through the ranks, and became an officer. About 6 months later he moved to the newly created crew Twilight Delight. He gained his rank as an officer and soon became a fleet officer. On June 24th, Vlisc was appointed the position of senior officer.
