Vindicated Dissent is an independent dormant crew on the Emerald Ocean, formerly the Hunter Ocean. The crew previously flew the flag Ties That Bind. They were formerly known as Smokin' Aces.
Public statement
Cabin Person: Punishment rank only.
Pirate: Everybody starts here! 2 Distinguished+ and 2 Broads+ in Piracy* puzzles are preferred.
Officer: Distinguished+ Bnav and Guns, as well as at least 2 Respected+ in other Piracy* puzzles.
FO: Seeing as this gives full access to the entire crew's fleet, trust is critical. You will be expected to have been in the crew for AT LEAST 3 weeks. Master+ Bnav is expected, and all other DUTY** puzzles should be Resp or higher.
SO: Cranky old vets that cause OOO to run out of Jolly Roger pins, and often are heard saying things like "GET OFF MY LAWN!" They also come to the table with something more valuable than excellent stats - A true understanding of the game, and considerable common sense and levelheadedness. If you have any questions, concerns, or need help with the game, these are the ones to ask - they're here to help!
- PIRACY PUZZLES: Swordfighting, Bilging, Sailing, Rigging, Duty Navigating, Battle Navigating, Gunning, Carpentry, Rumble, Treasure Haul
- DUTY PUZZLES: Bilging, Sailing OR Rigging (don't need both), Gunning, Carpentry
Exceptions will be made at the discretion of the Captain. All new officers are required to go through Officer Training - either Inn or Shotz will help with this and work to get you to a point where you can confidently and successfully lead your own pillages, including keeping your cool in difficult situations.
