The /unmute command allows a player that you have muted to be able to speak to you again. That player will no longer have the "No" sign over their pirate's head and will be removed from the list of muted players you have in your client's options menu. (You may also unmute pirates from here.) If you attempt to unmute a player that is not actually on your mute list, the game will give the message "X wasn't muted, nothing changed".
