Ultimate Phantoms is a flag sailing the Meridian Ocean, created by Drakoding.
History
Originally the flag was bought by Ultimatex. The throne was later on passed down to Drakoding. Drakoding and Princefalcon made it to govern Spectre Island by the help of the flag Imperial Coalition and friends Barhoum and Monlizzy. Now Drakoding no longer governs Spectre.
