Cabin person: Just ask the captain or an officer to join.
Pirate: Any experience in gunning.
Officer: Distinguished in battle navigating, need to be in the crew 5 or more days.
Fleet officer: Need to know how to run pillages and has captain´s trust, need to be in the crew 10 or more days.
Senior officer: Has captain´s trust, need to be in crew for 30 or more days.
Rules of the crew
- Respect people who has better rank than you.
- Use PTB, if you want to board on a ship (Permission to Board - Ask captain or officer for permission).
- Restock ship if you use it and it´s not your.
