Extended public statement
If ye wanna join our crew, ask while in port, not at sea. There an Officer will invite you. Rules:
- Treat all crew mates (especially Officers) with respect.
- Dont leave a pillage during a sea battle or swordfight.
- Dont ask repeatedly for promotions. If we feel that you've earned a promotion, you will receive it.
Promotions:
- Pirate: Ye can be a pirate if you're not a lazy landlubber.
- Officer: This rank will be used as our officer training rank. If we feel that you've got the brains of an officer, the promotion will be given.
- Fleet Officer: Own your own ship.
- Senior Officer: Discretion of the Captain and Senior Officers.
