The changes that Chupchup has made has removed the part about greenies not being able to shout and has stated that only subscribes can shout, this of course is untrue for doubloon oceans. This needs to be revised in my opinion so it covers the rules on both sorts of oceans. -- Vorky 15:57, 8 April 2008 (PDT)
