Parrot Colors

With parrots, are wing-tip colours listed first? or body colour? (as with the TD and Rumble here, they are disagreeing. White is body colour on td parrots, and Navy the wing-tip colour on rumble parrots; both are listed first) --Lovelytini 09:06, 10 July 2006 (PDT)
