Government
Guardians of the Sea is ruled by captain Gwaping.
History
- Originally known as Sunken Glory, the crew wascreated by Haiko, with the help of Graniou to get it up and running on 28th December 2006. It was then disbanded on 20th April 2007.
- Sunken Glory was then re-founded on 22nd December 2007 by Haiko, with the help of Timmyjano.
- Halfway 2008, co-founder of Sunken Glory (2), Timmyjano, left after several arguements with the crew leader Haiko.
- Not much later, things were getting worse and Sunken Glory lost members very quickly, because all the SO's and even captain Haiko became inactive.
- In November 2008, Ward decided to take the lead and is now determined to get Sunken Glory back to the top. Therefore, he is getting help from Sxcpirateaii, who left Sunken Glory a while ago, but came back when he got the offer.
- Sunken Glory was Renamed Guardians of the Sea by Gwaping to give the crew a positive name.

Ahoy mates! Hope you have a nice stay!
Rules:
1. Ask P.T.B. (Permission to Board) to board any ship smaller than a War Brig, unless told otherwise. Wait untill the OIC (Officer In Charge) accepts or declines. Please respect their decision.
2. Do NOT beg for money or items.
3. Obey higher ranked crew members than you.
4. Do NOT leave in battle or puzzle other crew members or jobbing pirates whilst at sea.
5. If you are an Officer or above, always re-stock the ship after a pillage, especially if it is not your own!
6. Please don't send the captain or Senior Officers pointless tells. Just talk to us in the Crew chat or Officer chat, unless it is important or 'private'. --ASKING FOR PROMOTIONS IS NOT 'PRIVATE'.--
Failing to obey any of these rules could result in demotion or even being expelled! If you notice anyone breaking any of these rules please let me know!
Promotions:
Cabin Person - READ THE CREW INFO PAGE! Anyone can be this rank, just ask an officer or above if you can join the crew as a full member and we will be happy for you to join. You will have to do something to really annoy the officer to not be allowed to join, for example dis obey orders or always laze.
Pirate - Have Master or above in Guns, OR Broad experience in Sailing, Carpentry and Bilging.
Officer - Have Broad experience OR Master standing in Battle Navigation, OR own a ship; It is pointless owning a ship if you are not an officer to pillage with it. Also you will need some other good stats so you can help out around the ship for other officers. Most new officers will be put through a quick 'Officer Training' test to see if they can run a successful pillage.
Fleet Officer - Have Renowned standing in Battle Navigation. Some good stats will be needed as well so you can help other officers on the ship. You must also have my trust! Fleet Officers will need to know how to handle a crew and run a successfull pillage. Asking for this rank will automatically get you disqualified.
Senior Officer - This is the highest rank. Therefore you will need to have my FULL TRUST and perhaps some good stats. You must know how to run a pillage and know how to handle a crew. Senior Officers are expected to help out with the crew whenever needed, these people play a very important role in the crew! You could also get this rank by being very helpful in the crew or doing something big for it. Asking for this rank will automatically get you disqualified.
If you have the correct requirements for a promotion to a certain rank or think you deserve to be promoted then please ask a Senior Officer or myself. Some ranks are negotiable, so please do not complain if some one does not have the correct requirements for their rank.
