Steel Magnolias was founded on August 15, 2004.
Public Statement
Welcome to Steel Magnolias! We look to have fun as we pillage, and want crew who likes to have fun, too.
The rules are simple:
Have fun!
Follow orders even if you think they're stupid.
Do yer best
Don't leave during battle. Emergencies happen, but in general it is bad form to leave while in battle.
Ask permission to board any of our ships, whether they be at sea or in port.
Follow orders and respect the CO as you would the captain.
Ask permission when in port for swordfighting or drinking games. At sea if you challenge for these these you will be planked.
Go quickly to the duty station assigned. Do not argue when you are sent to one of your least favorite puzzles, just go there and do yer best!
Slackers will swim!
We're not the fastest-promoting crew, but if ye do a good job, promotions come. No one will be trained for officer until he/she has been in the crew at least two weeks. No Exceptions. Officers in Training need Broad experience in all Piratey skills.
Remember...if yer not havin fun, yer doin it wrong!
