To join the crew just ask any officer! Please ensure you have read through this statement first though, to ensure you know what is expected.

Rules:
1) Always ask PTB - Permission To Board. This applies to any vessel with others onboard. Faliure to do so may result in a swift planking.
2) Don't ask for promotions, they are given when the time is right and not when 'you' decide yourself. 3) Keep profanity to yourself. Bad language and such will not be tollerated. Any personal issues you may have need to be dealt with away from the crew privately.
4) Unlocked ships are there for crew use, however, stock needs to be replaced and the ship left as found. Theft will result in being reported and then expelled.

Promotions:
Promotions are given when it is decided a person is ready to go up a step. Therefore there is no exact statistics you must have or specific requirments needed. However trust is always going to play a large part in the higher ranks, so don't expect to be boosted straight to Senior upon joining!
Before becoming an Officer or Fleet Officer, training to those who need it is avaliable. Flutey will run this when he can. Training includes the basics of running a successful pillage, battle navigation tips and more!
