Seven Seas Council was founded on November 6, 2005. The founder and king was Jasone. After leaving the flag and his crew to start another, he handed the crew and flag to Kruxx. Kruxx led Seven Seas Council for only a few weeks before giving up the keys to somone else. Occ nominated Xie for queen and she was voted in.
