- Midshipman Officer : narrow at bilge, carp, sail and gun.
- Officer : midshipman officer conditions + narrow at bnav or have a ship.
- Fleet Officer : 2 master at basics piracy skills and repected or above at bnav.
- Senior Officer : in this crew since 2 weeks, very good piracy skills and the totaly trust of the SO and captain.
