Public Statement

We're a good crew who isn't out to conquer the ocean, but to have some fun and make some poe! this crew has a really awesome stick exchange program! how it works is if you have a stick, and you want a foil, then you give us a stick and get a free foil! if you want information about it or want to exchange your stick, send a tell to Adielae!
The basic rules for this crew are the same for any decent crew.
1. Don't steal from any crew members or any crew owned buildings or ships! If you want money, stealing is not the way to go for it! Try going on pillys instead. Stealing will only get you demoted or expelled and will lose you the respect and trust of your fellow crew mates
2. I ask that you don't lie to us. If you've done something wrong like stealing, come front with it. That will make it more likely that you will eventually gain our trust back. There is proof in the vessel records of who took money, so you might as well tell the truth since we already know
3. Be kind to other crewbies. No put downs and no insults. This is a little family where everyone is friends and we want to keep it that way! We don't like to be insulted. If you don't like the rules, don't insult us, ask for a change.
4. Don't swear in crew chat. If you want to test the filters, you can do that in tells or in a building. There are people of all ages in this crew and swearing is not appropriate, there are many people who don't like it at all.
5. When you want to get on any ship smaller then a cutter, ask ptb (Permissin to Board) Some ships do commodity runs or transport goods, so if you want to save yourself a planking then ask PTB
6. If you own a vessel, or sail one, please restock. It's not fun when you're starting a pilly and you have to restock before the pilly. If you park on an uninhabited island, than do some foraging if you have a labor badge and write a note on the officer bulletin board.
7. Respect the higher ranks, and the OIC (Officer in Charge). If the captain, an officer, an FO, and an SO are on a pilly and the officer is leading, the captain, FO, and SO all have to listen to the officer.
8. Don't beg for poe, clothes, promotions, ect. Mates, there are plently of places to earn poe, the navy pillages and you can work on land. You can work for your poe. You can ask once and if the answers no, then the answer is no.
We want everyone to be happy and to pillage alot!
We love Pie!-Goldcrown

Private Statement

So you've joined Rosso Vulpecula? Ranks are as follows.
Cabin Person: Just ask, we don't have any problem accepting anyone in our crew.
Pirate: We'd like you to stay around for a day or two, get used to being in our crew. Otherwise, Broad in Carp, Sails, and Bilge. Try to have one or two Distingueshed or higher in any of those.
Officer: We usually don't instantly promote to Officer or higher we want you to stick around for a week before we promote. You need to be trained as an officer and have Solid in Sails, Carp and Bilge and Broad in Guns. Try to have a respected or higher in any of those skills. When you are officer we want you to work on your Navigation and Battle Navigation with the navy. I'd perfer that you don't pillage by yourself, I want you to pillage with another Officer of any kind.
Fleet Officer: Trust from me or the highest rank. You should have Solid in Carp, Bilge and Sails, and higher then respected in at least two of those skills. You should also have Broad in Battle Navigation and in Navigation also in guns. You can, and are expected to pillage as much as you can, even if it's only a little trip around the arch.
Senior Officer: You must have my trust, and the trust of the other crew mates. I want you to keep working on your basic ship skills and help others work on their skills. I would like you to have weighty in any skill and a master or higher in any two skills (card games and land work doesn't count) You are expected to pillage as much as you can, and help train Fleet Officers for Senior Officers. I'll need your help in solving inner crew problems when I'm not on, and help me plan crew activities to make the crew fun!
Execptions can be made, our rules aren't set in stone.
Like I said, we usually don't instantly promote anyone to Officer or above, but exceptions can be made if I'm convinced you can sail a ship and uphold the rules. I don't care if you already have a ship, or if you have a badge, if I don't think you are ready for Officer, you aren't going to be promoted.
If you want a title, talk to me or the highest rank in the crew, I'd be happy to give one. If you own a stall, please tell me or the highest rank so we can make a note of that.
We're a good crew, we want to keep it that way, if there is any problem, it will be delt with quickly and fairly. Lets have fun, and make some poe!

Programmes

Rosso Vulpecula has a 'stick exchange' run by Adielae. If you give her a stick, she'll give you a foil in return.
The crew is thinking about a 'Scholorship Programme' in which individual goals are set for a pirate and he/she works to reach that goal. Upon reaching this goal there are various prizes, such as poe, clothes ect.
Everytime a pirate reaches his/her set goal, new ones are set in reach of them so that the pirate may continue working towards better goals. There are many thing you can get a scholorship for, here are a few examples,

  • Working on Sails, reaching certain stats
  • Carpentry, reaching stats
  • Bilge reacing stats
  • Duty and Battle Navigation stats
  • Gunning stats
  • Becoming an Officer or higher
  • Training an Officer
  • Recruiting _____ amount of new members
  • Sailing sucsessful pillages ____ times

(Note: The programme is not yet set up, still working on it) The crew hopes to be able to hold small contests and raffles as the crew grows.
