Ultimate-5 points
Only sword-fighting, rumble, duty nav, battle nav, carpentry, bilging, and sailing count to the ranks. The highest standing counts to the rank so if you have able archipelago - ocean wide legendary only the legendary will count.
Promotions
Cabin person- Just ask. You may be turned down IF 1. you don't know the difference between numbers and letters or 2. you don't show that you can be a team player.
Pirate- Have the pirate badge and narrow experience in gunning. Also need 2 points. please note that you still have to ask to gun
Officer- Earn the trust of the Captain and most senior officers also broad navigating and carp,sail,and bilge. Also need 4 points. Can take out sloops with a FO or SO on the ship. Will be expected to come on a lot and pillage also to help on bigger ships.
Fleet Officer- Earn the trust of all or most of the Senior Officers, the trust of the captain, and solid in sail, bilge, carp and battle navigation. Also need 6 points. Can sail any ship up to war brig without another officer on.
Senior Officer- the trust of all the Senior Officers, my complete trust, the deed to a ship. Solid-weighty in most piracy stats must have at least solid in battle navigation. Also need 10 points.
RULES
1.Do not laze. If you laze for more that 20 seconds without a very good reason i will plank you.
2.I don't care how hard you worked if you get planked you get 0 poe.
3.Follow orders and work as hard as possible.
4.Do what the commanding officer tells you to do and obey orders. They usually know what's best for the ship
5.Do what the captain tells you if i tell you to go get me a hot dog then go get me one. (This rule applies to all SO of ships and any officer on ships).
6.No begging this goes for porting and poe; if you beg you can be planked.
