The building was formerly known as Professor Xebec - a pun on Professor X, alias of Charles Xavier, creator of the comic-book superhero team the X-Men. Professor Xebec was once owned by Jobna.
By October 2024, the building had been renamed to Sin Trap, and was owned by Robotics.
