Crew Joining We do not go by broads and soilds so you can not sit on something and booch all day.
Cabin person: punishment
Pirate: start off as one
Officer: Must have 1 Master and 2 Respected Have battle navigation at least respected
Fleet officer: Must have 2 Respected and 2 Renowned or 1 Legendary and 2 Master
Senior Officer: if you get this far and you think you earned it then you will be judged by the current Senior Officers

GENERAL RULES
1. Don't leave during battle!
2. Don't disturb Officer in Command during battle.
3 Obey Officers, most time they really know what they are doing.
4. Don't laze. If there are free stations, take it and work! Lazers will be planked after warning.
5. Don't ask for gun or take gunning stations if officer wont order you to do it.
6. Make 2 or 3 people teams in sword fighting battles (ask if you dont know how)
7. PTB (permission to board) - You can always board ships where more than one person.If you do not ask to join a ship then they may plank you when they wish to
