Donmyach and Piratetimm are the two founders. Notes for promotions..since a lot of people like to look at that. To be a pirate..buy a pirate badge. Thats it. To be an officer.. 1) Own a ship..no point in having a ship if you can't use it. 2) Get some solid Bnav training with the Navy and pass an officer training pillage with me, Donmyachi. This will also prove you have a decent handle on the piracy puzzles. 3) Do something else really cool that earns the SO's respect. To be a Fleet Officer...
1) Own a bunch of ships and be willing to unlock them for crew use.
2) Be an above average officer for a couple weeks.
3) Recruit a bunch of solid pirates to the crew.
4) Earn the trust of the SO's as an officer.
The number of Fleet officers cannot exceed the number of Officers and will be limited to a 7 to 1 ratio. Therefore,if there are 14 crew members, at most there will be 2 FO's. The best way to become a FO from the officer position is to recruit.
