Pirate: At start

Officer: Have all basic piracy skills (sailing,bilging,carpeting) broad and haves 1 or more incredible trophies. Officers may not go on a pillage, except if they have a deed of a vessel. Respect for everyone.. Please say Captain or Senior Officer, instead of Resh or Cold. You also need to do Test 1 and have a Officer badge It haves exceptions.

FO: Must own a ship and haves all above skills + 4 Solids + Highly trusted. Players with a ship bigger then a sloop will be FO automatic. To lead a pillage you need atleast distinguished Battle navigation and broad experience. I also need to see loyalty. You can also be FO if you have all piracy skills solid except rumbling and swordfighting. To be FO you also need to pass test 2

SO: You need to be trusted and have a ship. You need to have the vote of Reshure and Coldresh before you can be Senior-Officer. You also need to be nice to the crew and must pillage at least 2 times in a week. If you aren't nice then you will be expelled.
